<p class="MsoNormal"><i><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black;mso-ligatures:none">As many of you know, our recent reinstatement of Pell Grants for Prison education programs presents us with an important opportunity to enhance educational access and outcomes
for our incarcerated students, and assure the new processes are integrated into college operations.</span></i><i><span style="font-size:12.0pt;mso-ligatures:none"><o:p></o:p></span></i></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><i><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black;mso-ligatures:none">To effectively navigate this process, we are forming a system taskforce focused on the assessment of student and instructional support systems, and business operations. To
