of the College, to allow the College to adjust financial assistance for purposes of recruiting and equalizing participation rates in compliance with Title IX regulations. </span></div>

<p class="x_x_MsoNormal">At SVC, we have requested to offer a 100% tuition waiver to our Board, but we won’t be able to hit this in year 1. Our initial goal is to offer a 75% waiver next year and work toward 100% in subsequent years.</p>
