conduct process or refer to the conduct manager? <o:p></o:p></span></p>

Currently, our Director for Residence Life is also our Community Standards director. That is essentially one person doing two big jobs that have a lot of legal compliance and am wanting to make sure there is no conflict of interest between the two roles, while
creating a more balanced position. <br>
