of the WSAC portal. With the new integration with IRS data, U.S. ED needs to meet confidentiality standards set by the U.S. Department of Treasury. While this doesn’t prevent sharing, it is much more restrictive in the type of relationship WSAC must have
with recipient organizations.<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span>We have been waiting on a Dear Colleague letter from the U.S. ED with clarifying guidance, and we are collaborating with our Assistant Attorney General to navigate these new requirements.
