<b>2022-23 State Support and Student Cost</b> letter for Washington State Community and Technical Colleges. The letter provides college staff with information about the state/student support disclosure requirements, the 2022-23 per student FTE cost of instruction
and a sample Educational Cost Statement. </span></p>
