and commission representation (2 from each) ensures ALL voices are at the table for decision making.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2"><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk114471350">The time commitment is minimal. The cold reality is we all have more to-do’s and less time to do it in.<o:p></o:p></span></li><ol style="margin-top:0in" start="1" type="a">
