<p class="xmsonormal">As you know, one of the chief responsibilities of the State Approving Agency is to ensure the proper stewardship of Post-9/11 GI Bill® funds and the protection of students’ and taxpayers’ interests through the regular review, approval,
and monitoring of programs. To better fulfill this mission, this e-mail serves as notice to your school that an additional approval criteria, as authorized in 38 USC 3675(b)(3) and 38 USC 3676(c)(16), will be implemented effective October 1, 2022, as follows:<o:p></o:p></p>
