	For the sake of knowing what everyone is doing, here’s the overview for Pierce:
  +Requiring attestation by 20 Sept for any in-person activity (fully grounded, hybrid, in-person services)
  +Requiring verification (vax form (at least one dose), doctor form, signed religious exemption) by 24 Sept. Adapted employee forms.
  +Collecting via Campus Safety and building upload in student portal.
  +Approvals are pretty general if the form is complete. If not, we respond asking to complete the form. Very similar to days of faith/conscience.
  +Primary accommodations/adjustments are masking and distancing (3ft), though we are maintaining that in for everyone, at least at the moment. 
  +Withdrawing students from any course with in-person that has not verified by 24 Sept. 

We are maintaining the higher standard of verification and tracking all through dashboards in Tableau.
