<h2>We have a Parent CoOp Preschool on our campus. Are there vaccine requirements for the parents who come to campus to be present in the CoOp?<o:p></o:p></h2>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in">CoOp Preschools generally are set up as an independent legal entity and have an established MOU or other contractual relationship the college. The who participate in classroom activities of the CoOp have a relationship
with the CoOp, not directly with the College. Because of this, the participating parents are considered contractors, and would be required to be vaccinated but only if they come onto campus.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in">If the college has a different relationship and the parents are directly responsible to the college rather than the CoOp, then those parents would be volunteers, and in-person volunteers are required to be vaccinated
