<p class="MsoNormal">I hope that you are well. I need assistance from you to recruit a new BAS program proposal peer review committee. Chapter 4 of the SBCTC Policy Manual outlines protocol for the BAS program proposal peer review process. The peer reviewer
volunteers that I had last year ended their volunteer cycle in June 2021. Per the policy manual, three (3) volunteers from each of the following areas are required:
