<p class="MsoNormal">I serve on the Financial Aid Racial Equity workgroup. A subgroup developed a Financial Aid Hiring and Retention Survey, which they have shared with the Financial Aid Council. They recently made some minor adjustments and resent the survey
to FAC. They have received some responses but would like to increase the number, particularly from those who work as Financial Aid Directors or Associate/Assistant Directors.
