<p class="MsoNormal">Bill joins our Workforce team most recently from Clark College where he served as Vice president for Student Affairs for the past 10 years. Prior to that, Bill was administrator and member of the Student Services team at Green River College
for 15 years. As a college system leader Bill was the lead administrator on the Achieving the Dream Working Student Success Network grant, has worked to help implement Guided Pathways policy, established key on-campus resources supportive of diverse and veteran
student populations, and partnered with instruction to strengthen relationships between college and local school districts. Bill brings with him policy and rule implementation experience covering both state and federal programs, and a broad network of college
and stakeholder partners.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Bill has more than 20 years of experience implementing key college initiatives, organizational management, and supporting the needs of students.
