<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">WSSSC exec has graciously agreed to set aside our Dec 3<sup>rd</sup> meeting as a time to meet with the ctcLink project team (both implementation and post go-live support) to identify solutions
to the problems in ctcLink specifically for Financial Aid. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Please send specific problems you and your teams are encountering with FA in ctcLink (both in preparing for implementation or post go-live) or questions you have directly to me by this Friday
(11/20) so I can ask the project team to address those items at the meeting and engage in problem solving with us.

are sometimes very inaccurate which then wastes even more time as staff follow the instructions and then they have to redo the inaccurate work.”<o:p></o:p></span></p>
