time, however, I think it is sufficient to simply let commission members know that the court denied the motion to enjoin implementation of the rule and, therefore, the colleges should proceed with their plans to adopt new policies and procedures that will
take effect on the August 14, 2020 implementation date.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
