<p class="MsoNormal">This is an exciting time for our graduating high school seniors! Now, however, a season filled with anticipation of what comes next is layered with uncertainty.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The attached letter from Jan Yoshiwara, the executive director of the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC), and Chris Reykdal, superintendent of the Office of Superintendent for Public Instruction (OSPI), acknowledges
these seniors’ hard work and congratulates them on their achievement. It also encourages them to continue pursuing their goals and welcomes them to their local community or technical college as an option to do so.<o:p></o:p></p>
