<b>Opioid Impacted Family Support Program</b></a><b>, </b>a new grant for eligible community colleges, among other entities, in your state.

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Grant Eligibility</b> <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">This grant will provide funding for State-licensed mental health nonprofit and for-profit organizations, including academic institutions, such as universities, community colleges and technical schools. The eligible institutions must be
accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Grant Purpose</b> <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Grant recipients will receive funding for training programs that expand the number of peer support specialists and other behavioral health-related paraprofessionals who are trained to work in interprofessional teams in providing services
to children whose parents are impacted by opioid use disorders and other substance use disorders, and their family members who are in guardianship roles.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Deadline</b>: Applications must be submitted by April 13, 2020.<o:p></o:p></p>
