<p class="MsoNormal">I have been working as WSSSC liaison with Ruben Flores and several veterans’ services coordinators to finalize the proposed by-laws for a new council to be named (pending approval) the Veteran and Military Services Council. The result
of that work is attached. I confess that I am not sure procedurally what the next step is but I presume this will be a discussion if not an action item at our meeting this week. I will leave it to wiser heads to determine where in the agenda this belongs,
