<p class="MsoNormal">Joe and esteemed WSSSC members. The reasoning behind using the March 8 for a possible date for the Starfish summit was to reduce travel needs. We thought that folks attending the meeting on the 7<sup>th</sup> might also be folks that want
to attend on the 8<sup>th</sup>. Our current plan with Starfish is to host the meeting at or near Clover Park i.e. Pierce or SPSCC.<o:p></o:p></p>
