<p class="Default"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><i>The Business Affairs, Instruction, and Student Services Commissions shall work together to identify how the built environment can help close achievement gaps and recommend changes in how we select projects
for the system’s capital budget request to support this goal. <o:p></o:p></i></span></p>
