<p class="MsoNormal">The purpose of this email is because I am currently in the process of initiating “program/department reviews” for some of Walla Walla Community College’s Student Affairs Departments, and my next department to be reviewed is our Financial
Aid Office. As part of the program review, I am hoping to bring subject matter experts (i.e. WA Financial Aid experts) for a two-days campus visit to meet with our Financial Aid Staff, some of our key stake holders that often interact with the Financial Aid
Office, and to review our financial aid processes. Upon completing these tasks, I am hoping to have a report that would highlight our strengths and areas that could benefit from improvements within our Financial Aid Office.

<p class="MsoNormal">My question to all of you amazing folks is whether you happen to know anyone that you would recommend as a WA Financial Aid subject matter expert for me to reach out to and possibly contract to conduct the Financial Aid Office Departmental
