<div>In<span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"> addition to their core alert/communication and mapping/scheduling tool (Starfish), </span>Hobsons offers a CRM (PAR; we have a different one but will explore using Hobsons’ in the future) and predictive
analytics (Radius; we’ve built a model in-house). Civitas is primarily focused on predictive analytics (but has some other nice (marketed and promised) features).</div>

<div>In selecting Hobsons, we had a fairy robust exploration and review process with multiple demos, broad participation, and a prioritized rubric that we reviewed with each vendor. Pleased so far ...a week and a half after signing. :)</div>

<p class="MsoNormal">There were some plans for a technology summit, which ultimately got postponed/canceled (Joe?). The goal was to discuss some of the different technology options, as well as the opportunities and challenges/frustration some schools may have
experienced (without the vendors present).<br>

I think there is some very good learning to be had from institutions that have “gone down that road” and found something great ...or not so great. I believe we were also going to involve some tech staff at SBCTC.<o:p></o:p></p>
