I typically do an activity like this or Myers Briggs or Clifton Strengths Finder as a team building opportunity so folks can better understand where people are coming from. For example, it got some people on my team to identify others as "Harmonizers" in the Clifton framework, rather than "enablers." If you have time, it's also interesting to collect the results from individuals so you can create a visual of how your team identified. For example, it was helpful for my SA leadership team to see that no one had "Communicator" as a strength when doing Clifton. We reflected on that and revisited it throughout the year. I know that there are some certified Clifton facilitators; we had a faculty member in our organizational leadership program facilitate a conversation once.

Can someone please confirm the physical address of the center for the meeting ..?

The mailing address might work but the physical address listed on their website does not show up when looking for it.
