[Wsssc] Student death notification

Hi WSSSC-

Does anyone have a form letter they use (and modify) to reach out to next of kin when a student or recent former student passes away? We have a lot of protocols in place but not one for offering support to help with discharging debt or loan cancellation if we are not contacted directly by the family or close family member about the death. Appreciate any resources you can provide.
