The Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) invites applications for its Policy Associate (Student Success and Pathway Navigation)<https://www.sbctc.edu/about/jobs/> position.

The Policy Associate for Student Success and Pathway Navigation is responsible collaborating across the Washington State Community and Technical College system to develop, manage and facilitate initiatives that advance equity and student success in service of our diverse communities.  In addition, the Policy Associate will support local college activities related to enrollment, retention, and completion. The position reports to the Director of Student Success Center and Strategic Initiatives in support of the SBCTC's statewide scaling of Guided Pathways implementation.

Headquartered in Olympia, Washington, this position will have the option to work remotely or work from agency offices.  However, travel to Olympia for in-person meetings, system meetings, conferences, and face-to-face professional development offerings is required.

The annual salary is $101,472 to $101,472.
