[K-12 Partnerships Institute 2022: Dual Enrollment, Early College & Equity]

This summer, Achieving the Dream will host our first in-person event in over two years: The K-12 Partnerships Institute<https://achievingthedream.org/k12partnershipsinstitute> will take place June 28-30 in Portland, OR.

This event will provide a unique opportunity for colleges and school districts to explore strategies that deliver on the transformative promise of early college opportunities.

The institute will focus on equity, with engaging content aligned to five themes:

Equitable access to reduce barriers for underrepresented students

Deepening partnerships to align institutional priorities, share resources, and collaborate on program design

Holistic student supports that foster a sense of belonging and address students' material and academic needs

High-quality program design that leads to continuous improvement for students and communities

CTE/career pathways that build workforce readiness in locally relevant pathways

Participants will come away from the institute equipped with innovative strategies that support their communities' goals for higher education enrollment and attainment.

Who should attend?

The K-12 Partnerships Institute is designed to support individuals or teams from colleges and school districts who are focused on college-in-high-school partnerships, college readiness, aligned CTE programs, and related work. Inter-organizational teams are encouraged to attend.

ATD is offering up to 10 scholarships to cover the cost of student registration fees for the institute. To learn more, visit our event page<https://achievingthedream.org/k12partnershipsinstitute>.
