[Wsssc] In-person Commission Meetings

Greetings WSSSCer's, I hope you are having a great Monday!

WACTC recently made a decision to only meet in person once quarterly, with all other meetings virtual effective for 2022-2023 year.  We have been asked to follow WACTC's lead.  Given that we (and our councils) typically will only meet quarterly in person, this should not be difficult to adhere to.  Council liaisons, can you please inform your council leadership?
