I took a stab at building out some of our overarching workplan goals, so here  are a couple reframing concepts ...perhaps to share and edit as a group tomorrow?

The language is not quite where I think it should be for all of these (e.g. the title of the second goal, a more specific action element in the third goal, etc.), but it could potentially serve as a start...

System Direction Goal: Access & Enrollment - Increase access and enrollment that fully reflects and serves the needs of our diverse communities with intentional action to reduce equity gaps.

System Direction Goal: Student Success - Increase persistence and completion for all students while assuring the elimination of equity gaps, as well as effective preparation for transition.

System Direction Goal: Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion - Champion equity, diversity, and inclusion in order to maximize student success and transform lives within a culture of belonging that advances racial, social, and economic justice in our communities.
