[Wsssc] professional development for SS staff

Dear Colleagues,
Our student services team at EvCC has one professional development day per
calendar year. I am developing a rationale to create more opportunities for
them as we work through Guided Pathways and are asking them to analyze
their work, reduce barriers for students, and do things differently.

Do your institutions have more than one day per year or approach this
differently?
