Like others we have it integrated into code of conduct at BC.

Best regards,

That's a good question, and the short answer is no for SCC, but as a practical matter we often will take no further action if a faculty member has already imposed an academic sanction of a failing grade on an assignment or in a class, that way the issue remains within the instructional domain. The exception would be a repeat offender or an especially egregious instance wherein we might want to pursue discipline beyond a specific class.

Greetings all and happy Friday!

Do any of you have a separate procedure and/or appeals process for students who are found to have violated student code of conduct with regard to academic dishonesty?

Thanks!

Chio
