Here you go.

This "hybrid" section of the draft APA bill is focusing on provisions that will permit schools to choose through their rulemaking process whether they will use a "hearing model" or an "investigation/draft report model" for their conduct proceedings.  In the next draft, I plan to have a more comprehensive outline of all the possible sections/provisions that should be in the legislation.

Hi Amanda. Can you send me the most recent version of the "APA White Paper" and "Draft APA Bill" referenced in the meeting agenda? I would like to have something to share with our Student Services Vice Presidents when they meet next week. They have this on their agenda to discuss. I am copying Julie Draper Davis here because I believe she will participate in the discussion with our VPs next week. Copying Paul to keep him in the loop as well. Thanks!
