[Wsssc] Technology Tools Event and Hobsons Event

Joe and esteemed WSSSC members. The reasoning behind using the March 8 for a possible date for the Starfish summit was to reduce travel needs. We thought that folks attending the meeting on the 7th might also be folks that want to attend on the 8th. Our current plan with Starfish is to host the meeting at or near Clover Park i.e. Pierce or SPSCC.
