[Wsssc] FW: CCSSE questions

Colleagues: this is an answer to a question from Pierce College but applies to all of our colleges in regard to a system or consortium purchase of SENSE and CCSSE, as you will see below. I have only heard from a handful of you about this so far.

Joe,

Those 15 items can still be added for Pierce.  An additional fee of $500.00 would apply to Pierce in order to add the questions.  Any other college in the Washington system could add 15 additional items for a fee of $500 per college as well.

The discount only applies to the main CCSSE and SENSE administration fees.  Discounts do not apply for add-on components such as CCFSSE, SOSE, oversampling, adding additional items, etc…..

We want to do it this way if possible unless doing so precludes us from asking our custom items on the 2019 CCSSE.  As long as we still get to author our own (20 I think) questions for CCSSE, this is just savings for us.  We should also ask if the discount also applies to the CCFSSE (the faculty version), which is usually an add-on to the CCSSE cost.
