[Wsssc] FW: Data to support WIOA negotiations

All,

SBCTC staff have created a dataset through an existing agreement with Employment Security Department (ESD). The dataset illustrates the share of WorkSource customers our colleges and community based organization providers serve under Basic Education for Adults (WIOA Title II) and workforce education programming. It is attached to this message along with guidance for its use, and details the number of students also receiving WorkSource services at a system, a WDA and a college/provider level. This data can be used to support your negotiations with your WDCs regarding the Infrastructure Funding Agreement (IFA) as it helps identify what a reasonable and proportionate contribution might look like based on the shared customers. Also attached is the guidance previously distributed (February 9, 2017) regarding the IFA.
