We are also currently building out a Welcome Center that will have a hospitality room which will serve as a staging area for campus tours. The new Welcome Center will come on line in January. We have a team of 4 Student Success Ambassadors that lead tours. Tours will begin with a short welcome video and presentation by one of our Student Success Ambassadors then students will be taken on a walking tour. The tour will end back at the Welcome Center where the prospective students will meet with one of our Entry Specialists who will help them navigate the entry process.

I am looking to reorganizing how WVC can most effectively can deliver visitations and tours given our current structure.  We currently handle all requests for tours and visitation programs through our Student Programs Office.  ASWVC senate leaders conduct our tours.
