Hello everyone,

As many of you know, the student achievement advisory committee is currently working on possible recommendations for changes to the funding metrics. We are in the phase of the work plan right now of providing progress reports to WACTC, the State Board, and the councils and commissions at the spring meetings. We have continued to work on ways to best communicate the information from the group and have come up with presentation slides that provide a comprehensive overview of the issues and challenges the group is currently thinking about. That presentation has been given to WACTC and the State Board and will be given to the Instruction Commission and Business Affairs Commission next week. We want to make sure that Research and Student Services also have the opportunity to hear the same information, so there will be 3 opportunities for a webinar for anyone who is interested in the presentation material. The next advisory committee meeting is May 22nd so these webinars will allow for feedback to be collected and shared with the group at their meeting.

Below are the options for when the presentation will be available. The same information will be presented at each one. To join the meeting click the “Join WebEx meeting” link below the time option. Use the “call me” audio option once you’ve entered the meeting, enter your phone number, and follow the prompts once the meeting calls your phone to be connected.
