[Wsssc] Updated Agenda and Information for February 8 Housing/Residence Life Meeting

Colleagues: here is an updated agenda, participant list, and a resource handout for the Feb. 8 Housing/Residence Life meeting at Green River College. I will have hard copies available in the meeting room. If you are calling in, here again is the call-in information in case you don't have it handy:

  *   Call into the conference bridge:  1-877-820-7831

  *   You will be greeted and asked to enter your pass code

  *   Enter pass code:  338340#

  *   You will be transferred into the conference call and placed on hold until the conference starts

We are attempting to audiotape the meeting, and if successful, we will make it available for those not able to attend or call in.

Colleagues: attached is the agenda for our February 8th Housing/Residence Life meeting at Green River College in Auburn.  The meeting is from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

The link below is to the GRC Main Campus map and driving directions. I will provide a list of participants so that Shirley Quenga can give to security booth personnel at the East Entrance of the campus. Please check in there and you will be directed to guest parking. Coffee and cookies will be provided courtesy of WSSSC.

We have a good group attending in person, about 35 people. Call-in information for those not attending but wanting to listen in was sent out last week-let me know if you need it again. We are tentatively planning on audiotaping the meeting so that it can be available to those who can neither attend nor call in.

Subject: Update on Housing/Residence Life Meeting February 8th at Green River College

Colleagues: I've created this email list to communicate with participants and presenters signed up for the upcoming February 8th Housing/Residence Life meeting at Green River College in Auburn. The meeting will be from 1:00 - 4:00 PM. Including presenters, we now have 35 people signed up to participate in person. We created a call-in option for those who can't travel but want to participate via phone. I will share that with the WSSSC listserve.  The presenters - representing lots of housing/residence life experience in both community college and university settings (both public and private) - are meeting next week to develop the agenda, which will largely be based on the topics and issues you indicated interest in. We'll build in time for discussion and back-and-forth with the presenters as well.

Watch for an email from me on the 31st or the following day with the agenda, meeting materials, and GRC directions and parking information. Looking forward to it!
