Dear WSSSC:

Please take a moment to fill out this Mini-Scale of Adoption Assessment for Guided Pathways implementation<https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/XLZGXXN>. This survey is designed to assess where all 34 of our community and technical colleges are along the continuum of Guided Pathways implementation.  Although I am asking respondents to indicate their name, title and college, please know that these individual results will not be disseminated to the system. You will only be able to see the results of your individual survey. There should only be one survey submitted per college.

I will be using this survey to place the numbers of colleges (not by individual names) along the continuum of adoption, as well as summarize the common challenges and desired supports. This will help the State Board determine what supports we may be able to offer to assist our system colleges with guided pathways implementation work. I am happy to share the resultant report with IC, WSSC, WACTC or other system groups, as desired.

Please note that the responses to this survey will have no bearing or influence on the selection process of the next College Spark Cohort. Thank you
