In these uncertain times, our Counseling Services department has been discussing contingency plans if one or more of our team were to get sick and be unable to work. <span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);display:inline !important">One of the concerns
we have discussed is whether other counselors could absorb each other's caseloads or whether we may need to refer students to services in the community. <span> </span></span><span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);display:inline !important">We have
also drafted language that would be used to share with students if the counselor is not able to continue services.</span></div>
