<span style="font-family:Papyrus">I'm reaching out to you today again regarding the navigation we are all doing in moving our counseling services online. We have encountered a number of set backs in this process due to concerns that our IT department has raised
regarding the security of initiating the use of Titanium as our EHR platform due to it being hosted on our servers. We are currently working with IT leads to address these concerns, at the same time of researching other alternative platforms.</span></div>
