Greetings my esteemed colleagues!

I'm reaching out to you today again regarding the navigation we are all doing in moving our counseling services online. We have encountered a number of set backs in this process due to concerns that our IT department has raised regarding the security of initiating the use of Titanium as our EHR platform due to it being hosted on our servers. We are currently working with IT leads to address these concerns, at the same time of researching other alternative platforms.

So, I'd love to know from you if any similar concerns have come up in your process. If so, how were they addressed? If you had a successful/smooth transition, what platform were you using? It would be great if we were all able to continue learning from each other's process. Thank you in advance for any experiences that you're able to share.
