Please forward the following opportunity to your faculty. This is a collaboration with the Institute for Systems Biology to provide a networked learning experience for CTC faculty to engage with cutting-edge science, learn from contemporary researchers, and
create new curriculum based on current research data sets to help students build quantitative data skills and understand systems biology. It is relevant for STEM faculty to bring more data science and systems thinking skills into their classrooms and would
be a great opportunity for math and biology instructors in particular who are interested in integrated curriculum development. This is ultimately an opportunity to improve student learning outcomes by connecting coursework to current research on important
issues and supporting students in building critical data science and systems thinking skill sets-- now fundamental to most STEM professions. </div>
