Golly, this is confusing. I had an issue last week with some of the same problems -- updating the openurl address somewhere and confirming the service for at least one database said 'yes' to SSO and IPAUTH -- and that those were loaded into EbscoAdmin per this
line on an <a href="https://connect.ebsco.com/s/article/EBSCOhost-OpenURL-Frequently-Asked-Questions?language=en_US" title="https://connect.ebsco.com/s/article/EBSCOhost-OpenURL-Frequently-Asked-Questions?language=en_US">
Ebsco help page</a>, "<span class="test-id__field-value slds-form-element__static slds-grow is-read-only" data-aura-rendered-by="79:964;a">When OpenURL Connection performs the initial validation to see if it “knows” the user, it will invoke the preferred authentication
method set in EBSCO<i>admin</i>. If that authentication method is Athens, Shib or SSO, and the user already has a session with that provider, the user will be seamlessly authenticated."

EBSCO is now working for us. I saw on the ALMA-L list-serv that other institutions were experiencing the same issue. I do not have our OPID added. I did that yesterday, and I received a 404 error message, so I took the OPID number out. </div>

<p class="x_x_MsoNormal">I was receiving the same errors as everyone else yesterday when trying to access Ebsco content from Primo. I requested and received my OPID overnight, but when I test Ebsco articles this morning from Primo, before adding the OPID to
my Ebsco services in Alma, the links now work again. Anyone else see the same thing (who hasn’t added their OPID yet)?</p>
