<p class="MsoNormal">What about checking the “None” setting? That’s what we have ours currently set to and I haven’t experienced (KNOCK ON WOOD!) the issue. When we have both an ebook and a print book whose records are pretty much the same, they are both showing
up as expected in a single record and the ebook record is visible and working, at least for the Ebsco eBooks and ProQuest eBook Central titles I have spot checked… maybe I haven’t spot checked enough?<o:p></o:p></p>
