I had a similar situation with a ProQuest article. It said it was available full text, but when you went to the detailed record it said the article was unavailable. I submitted a Salesforce case. Below is the response I received. FYI... it resolved the problem. </div>

<div>All 3 examples involve non-standard (text resource, or report) resource types, and they all appear to be program transcripts from National Public Radio (NPR).</div>
