<p class="MsoNormal"><i>In some cases, searches were failing when records that were removed from an institution's database still existed in the network index. This has been temporarily fixed by replacing each of these records with a dummy record in the UI to
prevent the search from failing. With an upcoming fix, the records will be removed from the index completely.

In the March 2020 release, an additional enhancement was added. If Primo needs to show a ghost record, it then deletes the record from the index. It takes approximately 15 minutes for the deletion to complete. After the record is deleted, it will no longer
show up as a ghost record in search results.</i><i><o:p></o:p></i></p>

open source electronic collection, and the records from that collection showed up as "ghost records." It took until the next day for these ghosts to disappear from Primo. So, maybe that's what's going there, too?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
