I had the very same thing show up when I was messing around with creating a collection yesterday. In my case the "ghost record" showed up in Primo because I decided to de-activate and delete an open source electronic collection, and the records from that collection
showed up as "ghost records." It took until the next day for these ghosts to disappear from Primo. So, maybe that's what's going there, too?</div>

When I clicked on "Ghost Record" and "Not Available", nothing is displayed. They aren't joking about it being a ghost record.
