<p class="MsoNormal">So, we have a title that was checked out for a long time, marked “lost” in the system, and then it was checked back in again on Jan. 6. Somehow, the title remained suppressed from Primo, but the record does not show up as suppressed in
Alma. I tried to run the job where you publish a set of titles to Primo, but that job came back with an error, “Failed to connect FTP.” Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix it?<o:p></o:p></p>
