<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Our Alma patron records are updated by retrieving data from files updated nightly by a program created by our IT folks, for both employees and students. But formerly, when we were still using the SBCTC jobs,
I coordinated with HR and the registrar to make sure the parameters were changed correctly. I never really had access to what they were using, but I looked over their shoulders once or twice – it wasn’t a very user-friendly interface! Anyway, one time,
there somehow came to be two HR jobs running, one after the other. The patron History tab showed that some fields were flipping back and forth. Can you see in the history any sign at all of record changes for employees or students that were registered before?

<p class="MsoNormal">Hello Folks! Never posted before. I am the one who schedules our two patron load jobs once each quarter. Other than a small hiccup early on in my job here, we’ve had no issues. Until now.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">For some reason we cannot ascertain either ourselves or with the help of Dave McKay and someone here on the Enrollment Service side , the daily jobs that synchronize with our SMS data, and which were running successfully since I edited
them on May 20, last ran on June 28<sup>th</sup> and then just stopped running.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Our student data is not yet updated for Summer quarter so obviously we are anxious to get this resolved; but we have limited knowledge to work with.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I have tried scheduling these jobs several times to run overnight, and nothing changes. Yesterday, I finally made two new jobs to run, and apparently they did. The ALMA synchronization job has been running successfully, too.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Can anyone shed light on what we might to do move this along to a solution? We’re desperate.<o:p></o:p></p>
