<p class="MsoNormal">The easiest way to hand-tweak a dedup is to make sure both records have the same 035 values. Dedup concatenates all the 035s in each record to do the matching, so you need to make sure that both records have the same exact set of 035 values.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">There are other ways you could hand edit them, but the 035 is the most straightforward.
