<p class="MsoNormal">The citation referenced in your permalink is coming from your Scopus activation in the PCI.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">As you can see in the screenshot below, the Scopus PCI collection requires subscription for
<b>both search and delivery</b>. This means that Scopus PCI citations will not appear in search results unless you are logged into Primo.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">These PCI collections that require subscription for both Search and Delivery actually do require you be logged into Primo to search or view them, which is an exception to my earlier statement about not needing to be logged into Primo to
search.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">This is why you get that error message “Record cannot be displayed” when trying to use the permalink or view the record in Primo. You are not logged into Primo. Or Primo thinks you aren’t (and that may be related to some authentication
/ SAML issue going on).<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">But I can generate the same “Record cannot be displayed” error if I use your Primo permalink, but change it to Pierce College Primo.<o:p></o:p></p>
